With deeper understanding of German New Medicine comes the realization that the physical brain operates in an objective and automatic way, like a computer, to ensure our survival. Knowing this, we are empowered to observe all our thoughts and emotions as being chemically generated from the brain’s programs without having to express those emotions outwardly to others. We can allow ourselves to tap into a magnificent feedback loop and look at mind, emotion, body and spirit in a whole new way because we can actually SEE which programs are active in our brains. What it takes is, first of all, a willingness to know thyself and a willingness to consider the gifts hidden within our own fears.
We all know how awful it feels when a person is expressing their anger towards us, all in thename of “releasing” or “letting it go”, or “being honest”. This is the old paradigm. In fact, afterwards, it often feels just as bad for the person who expressed it, as it does for the person towards whom it was directed. Outwardly expressing emotion doesn’t resolve it, mostly it is the attempt to blame it on another person, passing the buck as it were, instead of going deep within oneself to get at its origins. Our internal chemistry is controlled by our own brain, not by someone else’s.
Now, let me offer for your consideration a distinction between “chemical love” and “unconditional love”. Chemical love, or let me characterize this as a romantic love for the sake of this article, is of course the actions of hormones (etc.) and the innate and oftentimes subconscious desire to procreate to ensure the survival of the species. Chemical love has all kind of requirements like affection, sympathy, and specific behavioral demands that vary from one person to the other. Unconditional love, however, is not controlled by hormones but is
rather a state of unconditional acceptance. It’s constant. It has no polar opposite. It doesn’t require worry to prove its existence. It just is. It’s quiet, still, solid, unwavering.
Both anger and chemical love have polar opposites. True alignment with one’s Soul Journey leads us, eventually, to a complete resolution of all polarities. So, this means that any emotion that has a polar opposite is feedback, to let us know that we have unresolved conflicts within us. German New Medicine provides a very specific map to what those conflicts are but the work does not stop there. Unless the underlying, and often hidden attitude is brought to our awareness so we can change it, and by that I mean to bring the attitude to a place of non-
polarity, then we will continue to generate experiences in our lives that trigger emotion. This is the, some would say subtle, work of the Soul and Spirit, those eternal energies that give life to the body itself.
It is said that most of our conflicts or programs get activated within the first 3-6 years of life. This too, is the work of the Soul. The Soul has work to do and it wastes no time getting down to business.
In my practice with individuals and families there are usually 15-20 programs that become apparent. That seems about normal. These programs create lots of emotional and physical feedback as well as defining each individual’s personality. Considering there are about 130 programs outlined by Dr. Hamer’s work, that’s not too bad. The Soul’s work is clear. The challenge is to be able to identify how these 15-20 programs have operated throughout life since childhood because they don’t always look the same on the outside. Inside though, it’s the same 15-20 underlying attitudes that the Soul is determined to resolve.
This is the gift of fear. Spiritual evolution.
How can this be done?
At this year’s first German New Medicine Summit in November 2019, I will teach participants a wakeful contemplative technology that I call the I’m Safe Experiential Exercise© The acronym is I SEE©
I SEE my programs. I SEE my soul’s work. I SEE why I’m here. I SEE who I am.
Part of this technology is to say the words “I AM SAFE”…as a command.
These words, when said as a non-negotiable command immediately act on the brain to lower the stress chemicals. Practiced in a specific way, while awake, without having to set aside time for long meditations, can bring moment to moment presence into one’s daily life and skyrocket self-awareness.
The I’m Safe Exercise© is based on my own contemplations of the Native American medicine wheel and the four intelligences of Mind, Emotion, Body and Spirit. Little did I know 10 years ago when this exercise came to me how it would be in total alignment with the groundbreaking biological science called German New Medicine that came into my life years later. In particular, it fits the Second Biological Law – The Law of Two Phases.
For my clients it has helped to answer a common question…
Now that I have a greater understanding of German New Medicine, what do I do now?
Please join me at the German New Medicine Summit to learn the full details.

Mikka has been working with individuals and families since 1989. Conventional sciences seemed out of alignment with her empirical findings almost since day one. After decades of studying many bodywork and energy based modalities, NLP, neurofeedback, a variety of psychological perspectives, and meditative practices, Mikka found quantum physics and German New Medicine.
Mikka especially loves helping people to identify and resolve their Soul’s work in this lifetime.
