Learn more about Dr. Espinosa:
"I am a doctor and I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the National Autonomous University of Mexico in 2005. My first contact with Dr. Hamer's research was in 2002, while still a student.
This marked in me a before and after, since I had the opportunity to verify in the day to day encounters with the patients of the hospitals that the knowledge of the 5 Biological Laws is amazing and precise.
I also realized the potential that these discoveries have for improving the quality of life of people and I convinced myself that this model can be incorporated into healthcare practice from a truly integral perspective.
In 2006, I began to study with several collaborators of Dr. Hamer: first in Canada with Caroline Markolin, then in Spain with Itziar Orube and in Austria with Michael Loidl, knowing later the work of the Italian association ALBA in the International Congress of Assisi in 2011.
This led me to study with Simona Cella and Marco Pfister, which led to participating from 2015 to 2017 at the 5LB Professional School in Italy.
Complementarily to my study of the 5 Biological Laws and because I realized that knowing them well does not necessarily mean having the tools required to be able to use them effectively, I studied in 2010 the Mind-Body Medicine model of the Benson-Henry Institute, a program of Harvard, Continuing Medical Education.
In 2015, I studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming with Raúl Platas and in 2016 I obtained the Master in Brief Strategic Therapy from the CTS of Arezzo, Italy. I also continuously train in Ericksonian Hypnosis and Brief Therapy at the Milton Erickson Lomas Verdes Institute in Mexico.
In the last 12 years I have had the opportunity to teach and share my experience with professionals from different areas through conferences, seminars and workshops in both private and academic forums in several cities in Latin America and Spain.
Among these are: the Faculty of Medicine of the UNAM , the F. of Psychology of the UAM , the Center for Research and Advanced Studies of the IPN in Mexico, the F. of Technology in Health CIEPH in Brazil, the F. of Sciences Doctors of the UNAN in Nicaragua, the EDPUniversity of Puerto Rico and recently the F. of Medical Sciences of the UNRin Argentina in the Postgraduate area.
All these experiences have made me verify that when a health professional maintains a healthy spirit of learning and questioning, attentive observation, careful listening and an open mind (indispensable and necessary qualities within a truly humanistic therapeutic work), the understanding of model of the 5 Biological Laws and their implications are perceived without difficulty, thus expanding the therapeutic resources themselves.
That is why I think it is of the utmost importance that the model of the 5 Biological Laws find more and more spaces in the academy, since it is from there where students, graduates and professors can take it further in both research and teaching and in practice clinic.
On the other hand I have found that people who are outside the health disciplines and who are approaching this new paradigm can gradually become empowered and experiencing great benefits.
I am currently focused on the private clinical practice that I started in 2006, in my continuous dissemination and professional teaching activity of the 5 Biological Laws model and in the search for better tools for its application."
